The History of Metal 1993-THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY!

Hello RIVET Heads . Welcome to SUMMER 2023! This week we get the whole gang back together for another installment of our running series The HISTORY OF METAL- 1993. The 90's are shifting into second gear and the old guards are attempting to get off the mat after the grunge movement of 1992 kicked their asses.  KISS, IRON MAIDEN, METALLICA, and VAN HALEN went the live album route. RUSH returned to form with the guitar driven studio album COUNTERPARTS. Rob Halford returns solo style with FIGHT as John Bush debuts with ANTHRAX,  Alternative & Grunge had a second wave of releases as TYPE O NEGATIVE , PEARL JAM and NIRVANA had new albums.
