The History of the Central West End

On this week's show, Candace O'Connor and Patrick Murphy join Sue Thomas to discuss the history of one of the most interesting neighborhoods in St. Louis. O'Connor is the author of "Renaissance: A History of the Central West End" and Patrick Murphy made a documentary (still available on YouTube) for KETC entitled, "A Place Worth Saving:The Story of the Central West End". It's the intriguing story of the rise, decline, then rise again of the beautiful neighborhood.
