What’s under the Trumpmas Tree this morning? Marc Fogel, a history teacher who was detained in Moscow in 2021 for marijuana possession and sentenced to 14 years, has been released following negotiations by the Trump administration. He now considers President Trump a hero.   Senator Jackie Rosen (D-NV) has joined President Trump in supporting an end to penny production by the U.S. Treasury, citing its cost—2.5 times its actual value.   Legal experts are questioning why federal courts are blocking some of the administration’s efforts to audit government departments and reduce non-essential federal employees.
