THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES (2014) Movie Reaction! | First Time Watch | Martin Freeman

Michael & Brandon conclude their Hobbit journey with The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014), the epic final chapter that follows the aftermath of Smaug’s attack as armies of dwarves, elves, men, and orcs converge in a massive conflict that will determine the future of Middle-earth. As alliances are tested and Bilbo finds himself caught in the middle of a war far greater than he ever imagined, the film delivers large-scale battles, emotional farewells, and direct connections to The Lord of the Rings. This reaction stands out as Michael & Brandon complete their adventure through The Hobbit trilogy, experiencing the epic battles, emotional conclusions, and final moments of Bilbo’s journey in real time. Directed by Peter Jackson (The Lord of the Rings trilogy, King Kong, They Shall Not Grow Old, Heavenly Creatures, The Lovely Bones), the film stars Martin Freeman (Sherlock, Fargo, Black Panther, The Office UK, Love Actually), Ian McKellen (The Lord of the Rings, X-Men, Beauty and the Beast, Gods and Monsters, Mr. Holmes), Richard Armitage (Castlevania, Hannibal, North & South, Ocean’s 8, Fool Me Once), Luke Evans (Fast & Furious 6, Dracula Untold, Beauty and the Beast, Midway, Nine Perfect Strangers), Lee Pace (Guardians of the Galaxy, Foundation, Pushing Daisies, The Fall, Bodies Bodies Bodies), and Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock, Doctor Strange, Avengers: Endgame, Star Trek Into Darkness, The Imitation Game), bringing together a cast tied to some of fantasy’s most beloved franchises and delivering the climactic conclusion to Bilbo Baggins’ epic adventure. ___________________________________________________ We've got merch!
