It can help you excel, achieve goals, and feel motivated.It can also stick around too long, which may make you feel anxious and overwhelmed. Don’t let the holidays become something you dread.Learning to recognize your holiday stress triggers, such as financial pressures or personal demands, helps you control them. With a little planning and some positive thinking, you can find enjoyment during the holidays. Utilize the help and support lines if need be: It's OK! Anxiety can trigger depression and other behavioral, physical, and mental health issues. It is especially hard if you are dealing with other personal, work, relationship, or family-related issues. Please be aware that it is okay to ask for help.
