Crystal also talks about the pivotal moment that led her to leave her corporate job and pursue a career in holistic health. She emphasizes the need to let go of societal expectations and conditioning in order to find one's true purpose and happiness and the importance of integrating different aspects of ourselves, such as the warrior and the ego, rather than rejecting them. Crystal also shares her journey of overcoming trauma and how it has shaped her work as a trauma-informed coach. She highlights the significance of conscious eating and the enjoyment of food as a ritual.
