(Pg. 23)“In conclusion, then, we can say that while the Holy Spirit indwelt all Old Testament believers, their experience of the Holy Spirit was usually limited to a degree of personal filling, but they were rarely fully filled, and even more rarely did they overflow to others in witness, evangelism, and mission.
