The Holy Spirit Leads and Reveals the Riches of Salvation | 3650 Minutes of Prayer
from Psalms23Wave · host Mathew Sekanjako
This is Day Twenty-Nine of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we meditate on the transformative power of the Holy Spirit as revealed in the witness of Peter and the truth of our inheritance. In Acts 2, we see Peter standing with authority to answer the crowd, declaring the truth of the resurrection until three thousand souls were added to the kingdom in a single day. This was not just a historical event; it was the manifestation of the Spirit leading men into the riches of salvation. We connect this to the revelation in Ephesians 2, where we see that the same power Peter preached is the power that has raised us up. We who were dead in our trespasses have been made alive and seated in heavenly places. The Holy Spirit is the one who reveals these riches to us, showing us that we are no longer far off but have been brought near. Today, we pray to fully grasp the exceeding riches of His grace and the reality of our new life in Christ. We now yield to this presence in prayer. We open our hearts to the immersion of the Father, asking that the Holy Spirit reveals the depth of our salvation. Let us position ourselves as the temple of the living God, receiving the revelation of the resurrection power that has raised us and seated us in Christ.Prayer & Revelation Scriptures (AMP)Acts 2:37–38, 41“Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart [with remorse and anxiety], and they said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, ‘Brothers, what are we to do?’ And Peter said to them, ‘Repent [change your old way of thinking, turn from your sinful ways, accept and follow Jesus as the Messiah] and be baptized, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ because of the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’ ... So those who accepted his message were baptized; and on that day about three thousand souls were added [to the body of believers].”Ephesians 2:4–6“But God, being [so] very rich in mercy, because of His great and wonderful love with which He loved us, even when we were [spiritually] dead in our sins, He made us [spiritually] alive together with Christ (for by His grace—His undeserved favor and mercy—you have been saved from God’s judgment). And He raised us up together with Him [when we believed], and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, [because we are] in Christ Jesus.”Ephesians 2:13“But now [at this very moment] in Christ Jesus you who once were [so] far away [from God] have been brought near by the blood of Christ.”Acts 2:32–33“This Jesus God raised up, and of that all of us [apostles] are witnesses. Therefore, having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured out this [blessing] which you both see and hear.”Ephesians 2:19–20“So then you are no longer strangers and aliens [outsiders without rights of citizenship], but you are fellow citizens with the saints (God’s people), and are [members] of God’s household, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the chief Cornerstone.”There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Y’shua HaMashiach, the one Son of God. I serve and confess God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. This intercession is offered in faith, in obedience, and in love, for all who will listen.
