The Holy Spirit the Perfect Counselor | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Twenty-Six of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we meditate on the profound promise of Psalm 23: that YHWH restores our soul for His name’s sake. He is leading us back to the original glory and the likeness we held in the beginning in a state of perfect alignment with His will.We recognize that we cannot stay on these paths of righteousness by our own strength. We need the Omubeezi (The Helper/Counselor). As Jesus promised in John 14:26, the Father has sent the Holy Spirit to be our perfect Counselor. He is the one who stands by us as our Advocate, teaches us as our Guide, and reminds us of our true identity as new creatures in Christ. When we reach a crossroads and the way seems unclear, He is the voice behind us saying, "This is the way, walk in it."We now yield to this presence in prayer. We open our hearts to the immersion of the Father, asking that the Life of The Son flows through us.
