The Holy Spirit - The Response

This week, Bishop teaches from Acts 2:5-13 on the "The Response." There are three parts of the Christian experience: Salvation, Sanctification, and Service. Unction and Pentecostal power is connected to service, giving us spiritual discernment & effectiveness in the utterance of Truth. The response was witnessing. The believers were praising God and not preaching the gospel. The sound of the wind drew the people to the temple, but it was the praise by the believers that really captured their attention. The Holy Spirit brings new life to those who believe in Jesus Christ and that life comes with continuing power. This requires us to be empty, so we can be filled by the Holy Spirit.
