We've been talking a lot about willpower lately, and trying to find out why even though there is so much information available today (on literally anything you want to know!), we don't actually take action. Kevin talks about how he's read a million books on improving himself, and how he doesn't do all the things that he knows will work. Why not? The Big Home Run. We talk about what that means, and how we're all looking for the one thing that will put us over the top and make us our best selves. But that doesn't exist. Success doesn't come from one big moment. It comes from doing the right stuff over and over again, and the tiny stuff, the stuff you don't see results from. We talk about how at the beginning, we try EVERYTHING and work super hard, and so you usually end up hitting the one thing that works. But sometimes, we stop trying that hard.
