The Hometown Hero?
from Village Kids Podcast Hosted by Village Church
Hello friends, and welcome back to the Village Kids Podcast! Today is our 200th episode. Woohoo! We're so grateful you're listening, and you are so welcome here. We've spent the last few episodes listening to Jesus tell amazing stories about buried treasure and tiny mustard seeds. And this podcast is kind of like that mustard seed. It started as a small project for just one summer, and here we are years later putting out our 200th episode! Today, the "Teacher" is going home. Jesus is heading back to Nazareth. He spent lots of his childhood living there. You might think the people who knew Him when He was just a boy, and saw him grow up, would be the most excited to see Him; that Jesus would be celebrated as the Hometown Hero. Well, today we're going to see that sometimes the people who think they know you the best are actually the ones who miss the biggest surprise of all. Our bite-sized story podcast is a fun way to learn truths from the Bible in a fun story format. Tune in every week for a new episode on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your favourite podcasts. https://thisisvillagechurch.com/resources/family-resources/
