One of the main aspects of entrepreneurship that drew me to it was the “promise” of being able to travel whenever I wanted to, work for myself, and the disposable income that would come with it. Now, this is all VERY achievable when you start your own business. However, I’ve come to realize that if you genuinely want to succeed and scale your business to a million-dollar company, you will have to pause some of the benefits of entrepreneurship. And this just happened to me, I can honestly say that when I was just making $10K a month I had more freedom because I wasn’t operating at such a high level that I am operating at now. But because I wanted to take my business to seven figures I had to be responsible and sacrifice a bit of my own personal time and really focus on the business.
