The Honeymoon of Healing: ugly crying, happy dances, broken hearts, broken promises & grief

In this week's episode I tackle talking through the grittiest part of "healing" that I've ever walked through in my entire life. I like to call this season the "Honeymoon of Healing" because, after the darkest days there truly come sunnier ones. And these are reminders of love yet to be. Like all honeymoons, they come to an end & move us into routines, daily growth, moving forward, falling back, ugly crying, happy dances, broken hearts, broken promises & grief. Here's to the honeymoon of healing, it's a sweet season to be in.
