He is a husband and father, and former Bay Street banker, labour minister and minister of citizenship. Minister Sousa is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and received his MBA from the Ivey School of Business. On Thursday, Minister Sousa will rise in the legislature to deliver the government’s fall economic statement.
