THE HOOKUP ON MUSIC Presents Episode 74: Different Feel Of The Swing Of The Amazing Drummer! (The Decemberists, Canned Heat, Weather Report)

As we inch closer to our three quarters mark, Episode 74 is here to keep the Rhythm on a hot summer day! We start by seeing what new releases have crossed our turntable's path! We have a new album by The Decemberists to a band just dropping on our radar in Fountains D.C. To go along with all of tonight's jams, we have some classic footage to wet your whistle. We dig into different things that make a drummer memorable including some of the masters in the drum game from Ginger Baker to Tim Alexander of Primus. We check out some of The Weather Report along with a Bobby Womack classic. We check back in with the Double Groove on Screaming Trees Sweet Oblivion while closing out the show with some classic Canned Heat. We got everything tuned up to jam out!
