Founded in 2015, as an initiative of the Cinque Terre National Park, the Eugenio Montale and Cinque Terre Literary Park, offers its visitors the chance to immerse themselves in the atmosphere, scents and colours that have inspired one of the greatest poets of the twentieth century. Eugenio Montale, the 1975 Nobel Prize for Literature, spent many of his summers at the family villa in Monterosso, which he called "the yellowish Pagoda", the "House of Distant Summers", a quintessential place that inspired his poetry.Contents carried out by Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, Centre for Advanced Studies on Tourism (CAST) and Scuola Holden in the framework of the Operational Agreement between the Liguria Region and the Cinque Terre National Park for the implementation of the 'Via dell'Amore' enhancement project of the 'Culture and Tourism' Operational Plan, 2014-2020 National Development and Cohesion Fund
