A small Chicago-area startup went to the FBI for help dealing with Huawei, the giant Chinese multinational that the U.S. government calls a national-security threat. The investigation that followed involved trade secrets, potentially illegal shipments and even a sting operation. And Bloomberg's Erik Schatzker was there.
