The Huge Show - July 10th - Full Show

Today, we're broadcasting from Arrowhead Golf & Grill in Caro as they're hosting their annual "Money Bash Scramble" tomorrow. We were joined by some of the great folks from Arrowhead to hear about the tournament, to talk about their other courses, and more. We also talked about the Detroit Tigers, Michigan and Michigan State Athletics, and more as we were joined by some of our great guests. We kicked off the show talking about Michigan Basketball as Chris Balas from theWolverine.com joined us. He updated us on Mike Boynton being officially named the new Head Basketball Coach, talked about what it means for the program, and more. Jim Comparoni from SpartanMag.com then joined us to update us on MSU and their new interim AD Jon Palumbo. We wrapped up the hour talking with Jay Riley, who is the General Manager at Arrowhead. He talked about the "Money Bash Scramble," told us about some of the great food they have to offer there, and more. In our second hour, we were joined by Ben Bosscher from 100.9 the Mitt in the Great Lakes Bay Region. He and Huge talked about how well the Tigers have been playing lately, gave their opinions on if the Tigers should trade or keep Skubal, and much more. We were then joined by Tim Staudt from Staudt on Sports in Lansing. He and Huge talked about Jon Palumbo being named the interim AD at MSU, talked about the impact he can make, and more. We wrapped up the hour talking with Nic Lapienski who is the owner of the Arrowhead, North Kent, and Alpine Golf Courses. He talked about all of the renovations that he's put into all of their courses, to tell us about their social network team, and more. In our final hour, we were joined by Alex Urban from the Eat em Up: Detroit Tigers Podcast. He and Huge talked about how well the Tigers have been playing lately, gave their thoughts on if the Tigers should keep or trade Skubal, and more. We then played Bill's earlier conversation with Jim Comparoni in regards to Jon Palumbo being named the interim AD at MSU. We were then joined by Anthony Broome from theWolverine.com so we could get his thoughts on Michigan Basketball making Mike Boynton their official Head Coach.
