The Huge Show - June 18th - Full Show

Today we're broadcasting live from the Blythefield Country Club in Plainfield Township as it's the 12th year of the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give. Throughout the show we were joined by some of the great folks connected to the Meijer LPGA to hear about what's new this year, what the meaning is behind the event, and more. We were also joined by some of our great guests to talk about the Tigers, PGA, LPGA, and more. Throughout all three hours, we were joined by Mark Wilson who is a PGA Rules Official, and is an Instructor for the Ferris State Golf Management Program. He and Huge talked all about how the ladies are playing in the Meijer LPGA today, they talked about the US Open and how difficult the course has been for the players, talked about the current state of the LIV Tour, talked about other storylines surrounding the World of Golf, and so much more. In our first hour, we were joined by Rex Hoggard from the Golf Channel so he and Huge could talk about the US Open. We wrapped up the hour talking with Abbey Leach-Haskins and Lisa Bernath, who are part of the Meijer Social Media team. They filled us in on some of the fun and exciting videos they'll be posting on their social networks from the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give. In our second hour, we were joined by Bill Hobson from Michigan Golf Live so he, Bill and Mark could talk about some of the storylines surrounding Golf. We wrapped up the hour talking with Erin Cataldo who is the Communications Manager for Meijer. She talked about this being one of the top stops on the LPGA Tour, told us about how far some people are traveling just to come to the Meijer LPGA Classic, talked about the feedback they've gotten, and more. In our final hour, we were joined by Ryan Fahler who is the new GM at the Blythefield Country Club. He told us how he came to be the new GM, talked about what his biggest challenge was when he took over, told us about the impact that the Meijer LPGA Classic has on the Country Club and the Community, and more.
