The Humble King

Jesus didn’t come to take a throne—He came to carry a cross. This week on Crossroads with Clayton King, we’re reflecting on the powerful message of Palm Sunday, “The Humble King.” Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem was anything but ordinary. Crowds gathered, palm branches waved, and voices cried out, “Hosanna!”—yet He rode in on a donkey. Not a warhorse. Not in royal robes. But in humility. Why? Because God’s Kingdom doesn’t look like the world’s. It’s not built on pride or power—it’s built on sacrifice and love. In “The Humble King,” Pastor Clayton unpacks how Jesus flipped every expectation. He was a King, yes—but a King who washed feet, touched lepers, and forgave enemies. A King who gave up everything so that we could gain eternity. Tune in this Sunday evening at 6:00 for Crossroads with Clayton King, right here on The Light FM—and discover what it truly means to follow “The Humble King.”
