The I AM's of Jesus / The Bread of Life Part 2 - Beware the Bread of the Pharisees

Most have heard the statement we are what we eat.  Jesus makes it clear in the Gospels that eating will affect us.  He says to eat His flesh and drink His blood to be filled with Him.  However, in the Gospels He tells His disciples to beware the bread (the word) of the Pharisees.  This word did not bring life. We must be careful with what the word is doing which we are eating.   Is it bringing life or does it divide.  Does it build up the Body of Christ, or does it separate?
