TJ Budge is a water attorney with Racine Olson and represents a huge collection of farmers that were ordered to shut off their water and kill their crops. He made time to explain the incredibly complex web of water rights and priorities that have lead to the problem we find ourselves grappling with today. This is another example of Idaho struggling with problems, but working for practical, real solutions. I can't thank TJ enough for making the time.
