Our fears become more powerful and end up being excuses in not trusting God.We learn 3 types of idols:Idol of Human Approval - The need to be liked, accepted and validated.Idol of Competence - The belief that our worth is tied to our skills, intelligence or ability to perform.Idol of comfort - We don't want to be inconvinienced by God's mission.We should lay down our idols and stop negotiating and simply say 'Here I am God. Send me.'
