The Impact of High Productivity: Part 2

Today's conversation between Chad Kneller, Martevious Young and I is in response to the second part of an amazing series about productivity from Kindra Hall. Here are some of the high points: The order you fill you day matters. If you fit the big rocks in first... the things that are MOST important to accomplishing during your day, the small items will also fit in well. If you fill your day with the small unimportant items, often, you won't be able to conquer the big rocks as well! KNOW yourself well enough to know how much sleep you need! Make a list of the most IMPORTANT things in your life. You can't give everything an equal amount of time - it's impossible.  Burnout is REAL. If you don't create a clear structure with some level of boundaries, the urgent will overtake the rest of your life. You have to choose a time to start and choose a time to finish.  Don't strive... stride! When you finish getting your work done, protect the time with the people you love the most! Remember the power of "Do Not Disturb" and "Airplane Mode."
