The FED is telling us that the problem with banking is not in big banks, it's in the community banks. Why is this???? It’s because the big banks are quasi-governmental units at this point. Evanston Illinois has adopted a policy for reparations for housing. Whenever people give you installments, it leads to decimation in a community.
