Wigton Windfarm's Initial Public Offering is arguably the biggest business story of the year so far.  Some 31,000 Jamaican investors bought shares in the company, as for the first time in thirty years, the government used the stock market to divest itself of a major asset.  The offer also brought thousands of new investors, now taking an interest in the stock market for the first time.  But the sale of the highly profitable company was not without controversy.
