Two things: they are all generally understood to be "impeachable offenses," and they are all things Donald Trump managed to do within the first 26 months of his Presidency. Some of them on a daily basis. Yet through it all, the Democrats in Washington DC never took action--never held him accountable. They, under the guidance of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, did literally all they could to NOT go down the road of impeachment. In July of 2019, however, Trump went ahead and made that impossible. And that's where our story begins...
