You might relate!  Rachel graduated with a lot of student debt, struggled to make ends meet, worked multiple jobs and was getting burnt out. Rachel and her husband, being industrious, were always on the lookout for ways to make extra passive income to get them through and build a future for themselves. They were lucky enough to find real estate and purchased their first investment property in 2019. It was a single-family home that they converted to a luxury rental. Rachel fell in love with the industry and whilst working her FT JOB has since expanded her portfolio to 18 luxury rentals. Rachel is on a lifelong journey to positively influence the financial literacy of more than 1M women in healthcare so that they may experience true financial freedom and alignment while taking their patient care to amazing new levels. She is also an instructor at REI-USA, a national real estate investing association, she’s been featured on Bigger Pockets and a new TV show on Netflix coming out early next year.  Rachel gives short-term rental gems on generating more income with fewer doors, attracting great guests, bringing value to a listing, and sticking to your brand!
