The Importance of Mission first: Alison Schuler

Alison practiced law in New Mexico as a named partner in a law firm she founded. She has also been an Assistant US Attorney representing the Federal Government. She is currently a member of the National Executive Committee, and the Chair of the Mission Reputation and Strategy committee of the National Executive Board of Scouting America. We discuss why is it essential for nonprofit board members to keep the organization’s mission at the forefront of their decision-making.
