The Importance Of Reclaiming Your Anger

In today's episode, we talk about reclaiming your anger. There's a lot of stories that we see in the news, in our communities, and in ourselves that say that we are powerless, as women. There's stories that say we aren't capable of handling ourselves or protecting ourselves or our loved because we aren't as "strong" as men. And I think that's bullshit. As women, as extenstions of Source energy, we have power. We have influence. And our emotions, even anger and rage, are powerful signilars to what we need. When your boundaries are being crossed... when you or someone you love is in danger... your anger and your rage are your best friends. It's time to stop pretending and playing into these stories that everyone else has the power over you. On a spiritual level... on an energetical level... on a co-creative level... you have power. And you've got to be willing to see that in order to access it. You've got to be willing to embrace that in order to access it. And when you do... you can co-create a world that respects and honors and upholds women...    Disclaimer: In today's episode I mention situations of violence, however I am in no way inferring that physical violence is the best, most necessary, or only way for you to reclaim and express your anger in order to create environments of safety.
