The Importance Of Self-Assessment And Reflection

Do you ever just stop and take stock of where you are and how far you have come?   Do you take time on a consistent basis to reflect and assess what you have done, what you have achieved and moreso, sometimes, what you haven't done or failed to achieve?   Work out your averages, start seeing these as next years minimum attainments?
