How do we have meaningful friendships in a stage of life where there are so many transitions happening in our life and in those all around us? In your 20's, it may be the first time in your life that "friends" are not handed to you. From elementary school to college, at some level, you have people around you that you have opportunities to have friendships with. But as you get older, if you do not like those you work with, then it may be difficult to find meaningful friendships.
