His daughter was born having epilepsy and also cerebral palsy. He has been her advocate since she was 3 months old, when he found out. He contiunies to be her advocate and also helps other parents advocate for their child have a more inclusive life! Aaron's Bio:Aaron DeVries, Founder of The Inclusive Dad, is a relentless advocate for building stronger communities through inclusion. He proudly displays an “Inclusion” tattoo on his arm as a testament to his commitment. Residing in Minnesota with his partner and two cats, Aaron is also a proud father of two young adults.Aaron's journey into the world of disabilities and special education began when his daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy and cerebral palsy at a young age. For over 15 years, he has fearlessly championed his daughter's inclusion in school and the community. Aaron has actively served on various boards and committees of disability-related organizations.His dedication to inclusion is exemplified by his TEDx talks, "The Power of Inclusion” and “Unlocking Inclusion for People With Disabilities,” where he passionately shares his insights and experiences.
