We need schools of freedom, self-knowledge, schools of integrity. The primary characteristic of a school of the future is to eliminate rather than add, eliminating outdated structures, layers of ignorance, worn-out concepts, and obsolete ideas. It seeks to discard preconceptions, false emotions, imaginary fears, and any identification with the superficial or the world of appearances. This “School of Overturn” focuses on dismantling old educational paradigms to re-educate humanity in the name of Being. This new education must promote a healthy inner development, through an "Inside Out Process." We can no longer push young people to look outside themselves, to rely on external, prepackaged knowledge. We must encourage them to look inside, to observe themselves, to know themselves, and to tackle their specters, their own limits, their own sufferings until they touch what they truly are, thus bringing out their natural gifts, their innate talents, their insights, and finally, their most precious asset: the Dream.
