The Inevitable Emotional Crash

from DOPEamine · host Christian A. Rivera

Today on the show I wanted to share with everyone some of the side effects that I deal with when it comes to the emotional crash after mania. I've been dealing with cyclothymia (a mood disorder) since I was a kid and over the years have learned ways of coping with it. However, I know that there is a certain inevitability when it comes to this cycle. I start to feel and feel like I can take on the world but then the crash comes. So, a major component of that is preparing myself for when that happens. I take extra measure to make sure that when I crash I'm able to come with ways to still get work done. You can learn more about the host, Christian Rivera, at http://www.himynameischristian.comYou can listen to more episodes at http://www.dopeamine.lifeWe also have a new facebook community at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/184224322380797/?source_id=173534409956124--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/happychemicals/message Get full access to DOPEamine at dopeamine.substack.com/subscribe
