It's so important to be vulnerable with those you care about. When you're struggling and do not open up to those who trust you it often leads to losing their trust.In this episode I broke down some of the lessons from my relationship from a year ago, and how I am applying them to my life and business ventures. Lack of vulnerability led to lack of trust which led to lack of connection and it became a suffocating cycle. In any case though these lessons are quite valuable to me and I look forward to using them in the future!Support the show
