At the same time, the EU Digital Identity Wallet is legally required to be in every member state’s hands by the end of 2026 — a single verified digital identity tied to banking, government services, travel, and commerce. And the European Central Bank has been ordered to accelerate its digital euro rollout, with standards dropping this summer, a pilot in 2027, and a mandatory full launch in 2029.Peace covenant architecture.
