In this episode I’m here in Barcelona, Spain talking to Lotus Smits, Founder of The INK DEI Agency focused on promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within organizations.Lotus has given a TED talk on Inclusive Leadership and has previously worked with the likes of Booking.com, Globo and Campari Group.
