Stop telling yourself what you should do... and start telling yourself what you are GOING to do! No person in history has ever been surprised they won a gold medal at the olympics... they have envisioned that moment thousands of times. We all have a dominating thought that we are moving toward, whether good or bad. What is that dominating thought that has captivated you and that you are constantly moving toward! When we can harness our emotions toward something productive, they can help launch us to success... but our emotions can also drive us away from the place we are called to go if we let them!
