She has had a diverse career, including business ownership and executive management positions in both the private non-profit and public sectors. Donna recently retired from her mediation practice, mediating various disputes, including high-conflict domestic cases and employment issues.Donna is committed to volunteerism and philanthropy and has been active in the community she has lived in throughout her life. She has completed leadership programs and served on numerous boards of directors, holding leadership roles in several organizations including Board Chairman, at Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce; Board Chairman, at Douglas County Community Foundation; Elder, at New Hope Presbyterian Church, and Director at Castle Rock Bank.
