The Integrity of Commitment

One of the more challenging issues to deal with in expanding sidewalk outreach is commitment from new volunteers. We are always honored and grateful for the trustworthy and faithful volunteers who have often soldiered with us for years.  However, many folks sign up with zeal and excitement but quickly fizzle out.
