The video defines sanctification as the ongoing, non-optional process of becoming more holy and separate from the world, and more like Christ. Through an examination of Jesus's prayer in John and the concept of "abiding" in Him and His words, Dr. Davis emphasizes that this transformation happens by receiving and meditating on God's word to change our belief system.- Understanding justification versus the process of sanctification.- Defining sanctification as becoming separate or holy.- The importance of receiving God's word and meditating on it to change our belief system.- How a deep relationship with God is built on His word and agreement with His will.- The biblical meaning of "abiding" in Christ and bearing fruit as a result. The video concludes by highlighting the ineffectiveness of just reading the Bible without meditating on it, and underscores that the transformation from within through God's word is what leads to bearing fruit and bringing glory to the Father.#KeepMyCommandments #Sanctification #DrMichaelDavis #ChristianTeaching #BiblicalPrinciples #AbidingInChrist #RelationshipWithGod #SpiritualGrowthIn this teaching series, Dr. Michael Davis will be sharing about a life changing biblical truth that transformed his life and the lives of many of those who applied it as their daily discipline.Alive Inc LinksWebsite: https://www.keytorevival.org/The International Ministerial Institute: https://www.keytorevival.org/imi/Your Face, O Lord, I Shall Seek (and other resources): https://www.keytorevival.org/alive/resources/Order Resources: https://www.keytorevival.org/alive/order/In this teaching series, Dr. Michael Davis will be sharing about a life changing biblical truth that transformed his life and the lives of many of those who applied it as their daily discipline.
