Ever wondered, why are we the way we are? What defines us , shapes us, makes us “us”? Is it by our choice? Or are we an outcome, definition of what others think we can be? The words, vocabulary we choose to introduce ourselves with, is it really ours? Or yet again, is it an outcome of expectations, of the “have to’s” & the “need to be's”? If yes, how is it that we get to know our self, define our self, introduce our self, in the words and vocabulary that truly identify us? There are many such questions and thoughts. And through this episode, I have attempted to try and understand some of these. If this interests you, come join me in this conversation and we can together work on this one. I realized that I didn't like all the boxes people were being put into and I didn't like all the separation that was happening around me. And SMALL MAGIC is the vehicle I choose to use to do so. Climate Rising Harvard Business School Business & Environment Initiative Climate Rising is about the impact of climate change on business.
