The Introverted Metalhead: Phantom Employers

Didn't see this coming. But it had to be released.  I'm pretty sure you've been through this. Either you graduated high school, college or a University, or just hate your job and want to find another one. You've updated your resume/cover letter or filled out that application form online. Then you play the waiting game. Days gone by, then weeks, and still nothing. Then it hits you.  You just applied a ghost job.  This is what I now call a emergency episode of The Introveted Metalhead,  You'll be listening to the stats of ghost jobs, my personal experiences with my previous jobs even applying to some, my advice when it comes to getting a job and what to do about these ghost jobs, even some action is being taken.  The reason why this episode had to be released asap is that I can relate to those that are struggling to find that career or job.
