Tim Peck, a former member of Victoria Police, faced a severe decline in his mental health, leading him to contemplate suicide. Fortunately, Tim survived this dark period and has since dedicated his life to helping those with mental health conditions, particularly first responders. After leaving Victoria Police and undergoing his recovery, Tim worked at Beyond Blue and the Police Association of Victoria as Manager of Welfare. He is now the Director of Responder Assist at Phoenix Australia, the Australian National Centre of Excellence in Posttraumatic Mental Health, focusing on the mental health of first responders.
