The Invisible Woman

Pastor Shawn brings us a special Mother's Day teaching about the sometimes unhearalded, behind the scenes, difficult but ultimate reward of being a mom. Mother's Day can be a difficult day for many and Pastor Shawn reminds us of the need to be senstive to those around us who are hurting during not only this holiday but everyday. Pastor Shawn also talks about the special calling of a parent and references parenting to building a great cathederal, stone by stone, behind a curtain where very few will see the time and struggle neccessary to even lay the foundation for this wonderful creation. But God knows, and He recognizes and will reward all of the time and resources and prayers that go into forging a child into a true follower of Jesus Christ.
