In a speech today on the sidelines of the HITEX exhibition in Erbil, Talabani said: The Iraqi Council of Ministers decided yesterday to launch the region’s budget (..) We hope that this step will be a new page in the relations between Baghdad and Erbil. He also added: We hope that this step will ease the challenges facing the region.
