Syrupy photographs are off-putting, so I tend to avoid the blatantly obvious symbol in my compositions. I trust that my audience does not need me to whack them on the head with trite metaphors and kindergarten symbolism. So, with this image, I apologize and ask for forgiveness for doing exactly that.
