The Ivy League has lost its mind, no 2A, Bragg reveals "other" crime, Judge un-redacts docs and Biden gaffs

Today I am going to try writing a shorter synopsis of the show. I am a writer at heart so I like providing a robust essay to go with the show, but I may be driving away first-time listeners with so much text. So, for the next few weeks, I am going to write shorter show descriptions to see how it goes. On today's show I open with a statement from Mike Rowe on Trade Schools and how they are not where all of the anti-Semitism is taking place. The Federalist has a piece on the policy about-face of Speaker Johnson, but I point out they missed what I already brought to you this past Monday. Judge Merchan is refusing to let Trump's lawyers subpoena documents from Stormy Daniels. Plus, Bragg's team tanked their own case by admitting the "other crime" listed in the indictment was actually about protecting Trump's campaign status. Not surprisingly, we just discovered a cabal of Trump-hating media commentators have been meeting weekly over the past two years to discuss ways of bringing down the former president. Judge Aileen Cannon has released several unredacted documents in the Mar-a-Lago Confidential documents case and they reveal what my audience has already known for a long time now – Trump did nothing wrong and the White House has been coordinating this case from the very beginning. In closing, I have two Biden sound bites from the campaign trail. The first gaff is him asking, "How many times does he have to prove we can't be trusted?" The second is his most recent example of reading the stage directions off the teleprompter as though there were meant to be part of the speech.
